Apotex Inc. was founded in 1974, and is the largest Canadian-owned pharmaceutical company. From its 2 employees, 5,000 square foot beginning, the company has grown to employ over 6,000 people in research, development, manufacturing and distribution facilities world-wide. The Canadian operations of the Apotex Group of Companies with approximately 5,000 employees now occupy over 3.4 million square feet in Montreal, Richmond Hill, Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brantford, Windsor, Winnipeg, Calgary and Vancouver.</p> <p align="justify">In the last few years, Apotex has hired over 1200 new employees in Production, Engineering, Operations, Quality and Research. Out of the total employee base, there are over 2,000 scientific staff including over 110 PhD’s. Ferriprox

Ferriprox® (deferiprone) is an oral iron chelator. Ferriprox® is indicated for the treatment of iron overload in patients with thalassemia major when deferoxamine therapy is contraindicated or inadequate.
Ferriprox® tablets first obtained marketing approval from The European Medicines Agency (EMEA) in August 1999. It is now approved in 58 countries and is under review by local regulatory authorities in many other jurisdictions. It is estimated that thousands of individuals with iron overload are being treated with Ferriprox. Recently, the EMEA has also approved Ferriprox® 100 mg/ml oral solution

Apo-Loratadine

 

Apo-Loratadine Relieving symptoms of seasonal allergies such as runny nose; sneezing; itchy, watery eyes; or itching of the nose and throat. It may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor.
Apo-Loratadine Capsules are an antihistamine. It works by blocking a substance in the body called histamine. This helps to decrease allergy symptoms.
  

Apo-Doxy

 

Apo-Doxy is a broad-spectrum tetracycline antibiotic used against a wide variety of bacterial infections, including Rocky Mountain spotted fever and other fevers caused by ticks, fleas, and lice; urinary tract infections; trachoma (chronic infections of the eye); and some gonococcal infections in adults. It is an approved treatment for inhalational anthrax. It is also used with other medications to treat severe acne and amoebic dysentery (diarrhea caused by severe parasitic infection of the intestines).
Apo-Doxy may also be taken for the prevention of malaria on foreign trips of less than 4 months' duration
