System for sealing CBS™ High Security straws

Sealing system: Cryo Bio System has developed a thermal pulse sealing device for impermeable sealing of CBS™ High Security straws in ionomeric resin. The sealing device is electronically operated by a push-button or foot pedal as desired.

  

A semi-automatic system for packaging of biological samples in CBS™ High Security straws

PACE system is the packaging system for sperm banks ideal or large-size studies with defined protocols. PACE uses CBS™ straws that are pre-identified with bar codes and/or alphanumerical codes. The hopper can distribute different colors of straws (plug color or jacket color with alpha-numerical identification) consecutively. Different blood or sperm products from the same individual may be processed in a pre-defined order with the same filling nozzle.

  

An automatic system for ink-jet printing of biological samples in CBS™ High Security straws

SIDE is compatible with 0.3 or 0.5 ml open or sealed straws and can automatically print barcodes (code 128) and/or alpha-numerical identification on the jacket of the straws.
